A: No . You don't need to crawl underneath your desk. Our qualified technicians come to your home or office. If the system needs to be taken off-site to complete the job or repair, we unplug everything and set it back up when we return.Go to top of page

Q: How long do I have to wait for an appointment?
A: Usually, most jobs are scheduled within 24 hours, and very often can be done the same day. Go to top of page

Q: Hours of operations?
A: We are open 7 days a week. We can therefore schedule appointments weekdays, after business hours and weekends. Go to top of page
